Amber Rose Kelly was born on October 23, 1986 in Hollywood, California. She got her start in films at the age of 5 months old, and worked on numerous television Movies of the Week, two with Cheryl Ladd (They're Do'n My Time and The Girl Who Came Bewtween Them), one with Angela Bassett (They're Do'n My Time) and another with Robert Urich (And Then She was Gone). Amber Rose Kelly also did a series of short films, Far From Over (LACC), Up (USC), Attachments (USC), and Till Death Do Us Part (LACC) and the unreleased, "Forever Young". Three were directed by her mother, Diane H. Kelly. Amber Rose Kelly did several commercials, Bugle Chips for the Japanese market, and she was also the spinning ballerina in Century 21 Real Estate's "Consider It Done" national commercial campaign which ran for two years. Amber Rose Kelly retired from acting at age five to concentrate on her elementary school work.

She is a BMI affiliated songwriter who started writing songs at age 11 and playing out in bars on Hollywood's Sunset Strip at 16. She plays acoustic guitar, electric guitar, classical guitar, piano and writes all her own music. In December 2006, she received an endorsement by Daisy Rock Guitars.

Acting award Nominations: 1991 - Nomination for a Young Artists Award for her performance as Amanda Huntoon alongside, Cheryl Ladd in The Girl Who Came Between Them (1990)(TV).

Amber Rose's parents met at the Old Central (now The Viper Room) on the Sunset Strip on Jam Night in January 1986. Her mother went there that night hoping to run into Rod Stewart who she had turned down for a date a few years prior because she had a boyfriend at the time. Newly single, she'd heard from her roommate that Stewart frequented the club. Instead, of running into Stewart that night, she met Amber's father and, Amber Rose was born later that year in Hollywood.
